Monster University is animated movie released in 2013 by Disney. The movie was about the relationship between Mike and Sulley during their days at Monsters University, when they weren't necessarily the best of friends.
To create that fun Toys brand " Spin Masters" produces the characters based on the same movie. These characters have articulation and 5 inches in height.
